I have ordered mini USB speaker 2.0 from online shopping website named shopclues.com with the order number 19163087.it is conformed by the website on 25 august 2014. i have received defected piece.i have complained in shopclues.com regarding this by phone and i have also forwarded the complained by mail.there is no reply from shopclues website and now they are not picking up my phone. please help regarding this. waiting for your positive reply..
