I had taken an AMC with the company for my RO. The receipt issued states that tenure is one year and that all complaints will be addressed to any number of time apart from quarterly filter replacement service.
However when I called them to book my final service, they outrightly declined the service stating that they do not entertain the requests in the last 1 week of the contract. The service manager Ms. Priyanka shamelessly says that not all terms and conditions can be mentioned or explained.
