Grand Water Solutions — Not doing service in time after taking AMC

I have taken AMC in 2020 September, My RO is not getting ON.Technician came and said power supply not working and changed this, After 15days again same problem.Now they are not coming from last 8 days I am calling them they are saying no technician.I asked them to return my AMC amount.they said it can't be.We all need to be together and complaints to the police about them.
