Great Eastern Appliances — complaint against delivery

We have purchased samsung refrigerator from 275lt from baguiati branch, kolkata, west bengal 700059. On 02 october 2019,
Order number = w1922/1920/08408
They told that by 02 oct evening upto 9 pm i will receive the product but till today the sales person only giving false deadline and not delivered the refrigerator and giving us that it is coming on the way this type of disgusting status.. We are chasing by baguiati branch phone no, staff mobile no but no response.. Staff name indrajit is a fraud. Kindly help us.. Such a bad service from here... I am chcking that other customer has also submitted this type of complain. I think this has became regular for your company. Please check it. Dont harrass
