Great Eastern Appliances — duplicate bill

Bought a samsung ac on 26th jan, 2015 from barrackpore great eastern. It has a 5 years condenser warranty which will be expired on 26th jan, 2020. Need a servicing on condenser. I lost the original bill but have a zerox copy of it. Samsung service engineer asked for stamp and sign on the zerox copy from barrackpore great eastern branch. But barrackpore branch poc denies to sign it on zerox one and asking for duplicate bill but he is not able to generate it from his outlet. He is asking me to go dalhousie. But i bought it from barrackpore.. So is there any way to get it any other way..
