I'm an old cutomer of geh kankurgachi. I have purchased a lg washing machine model. T-808inedlk/7.0kg, top laod, bearing invoice no. Kg/1819/sa/08928. On 06/11/2018. From your kankurgachi store. It was financed bajajfinserv for 4 emi down payment rest 8 emi and offer was 1 (One) emi cash back. My total emi completed on august, 2019. But till today there is no effect, i have contacted your salesman (Who sold the product) and bajaj man, but they are failded. At last i contacted with bajaj customer care through mail. They asked me to produced any documents to avail my claim. Again i contacted with geh kankurgachi, but they unable to geve me any documents. Now what can i do right now?
