I have purchased 1 hitachi ras 518avd ac and 1 hier 320 ltr fridge on 30/4/17. Product delivery date 1/5/17 but they are not delivered those products. I have call them twice on 1/5/17 at evening but they took the matter very casually and also told me that they will send at 9pm but at 9pm when i call back they refuse to deliver my products on 1/5/17.
