Dear Sir, We have purchased one Samsung Fridge on 5th April 2021, delivered yesterday but on the top of the fridge it is received in damaged condition. We have already complained with concerned person immediately but still it is not replaced. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. All the related documents attached herewith.
