I had booked for cab service yesterday vide booking NO.B000558 for providing car on 27.04.14 at 8.15am for going from Hanumanpet, Mlakjgiri to Kukutpally. . I had specifically requested for sticking to time because I had drop my son for an entrance exam. Msg was given on my mobile [protected]. When I got no call from the driver, at 7.55am I of 27.04.2014, contacted ur Office over phone. I was promised that car would be sent in '5 mts'. I called again at 8.15am with specific request to give feedback. No response. Again at 8.25am, when I called again, I was made to hold the line and aftr 5mts, ur person informs me that the booking was cancelled by me previously. I was aghast, angry and confronted him saying 'what idiotic point'. At this, he counters me accusing me of calling him '' and puts down the phone. I called up again to lodge a complaint, same person picks up the phone and after brief discussion agreed to put me on to his supervisor. Instead of supervisor coming on line, the same guy come on line and promises to provide car in 1/2hr time which I refused.
I feel this highly unprofessional attitude o[censored]r company that is further compounded by discourteous behaviour o[censored]r staff. I hope u would take appropriate corrective action in the regard. I hope to receive feedback either over phone or mail id '[protected]@tyahoo.co.in'.
