Green Line Travels — Rude/unethical behaviour of office people and no refund given though it was promised during the booking.

GreenLine Travels- No one can beat them in providing the worst service and saying lies to customer. They talk so rudely to customers as if they are taking us to tirupati for free...

Their best reply if you tell them that you will give their complain to Police... who is Police ? what will they do ? .. do what ever u want to do...

I travelled to tirupati from bangalore(hoskote bus stop) with my family and kids.Had booked tickets with greenline travels without seeing the review(one of my biggest mistake).
On they day of travel driver confirmed that be at the location at 11 PM and reached 30 min earlier. But to my bad fate i had to wait for the bus for 2 hours.
After multiple talks with the driver on the phone, got to know that they are waiting for 3 pasengers to get the seat filled and said please talk to office people and i cannot do anything .. Office people asked me to wait, so am waiting..
When i called the office they simply lied that there is traffic so its getting delayed . and said driver will be reaching in 10 min.. and this 10 min 10 min went for 2 hours..
After getting super angry, we decide to cancel the plan and told the office guys to cancel the ticket and give refund.. They replied we cannot refund, do what what ever you want..

Somehow we boarded the bus and when we asked the driver again why he delayed, he said please talk to office people.without giving a proper reply he raised his voice and and said talk to office people, i canot do anything.
Seeing this, few nearby people along with 2 police people came in for our resue and asked the driver to step down of the BUS. But the driver did not step down even after multiple calls by the police. Finally something happened between the driver and people around and some one broke the drivers window.

I had to finally tell the police that lets leave it as we are going to tirupati and then we started...

Now the after effect of getting delayed here ...
Where ever u go, the guide will say come fast come fast.. this we can manage..its ok

now i get a call from office that i have broken the window and i need to pay for it.
I told them clearly that i have not done anything and its their mistake due to which this has happened.. and they started threatning me that they will give a police complain against me... I said please do it .. Am waiting...

breakfast and lunch was just manageable ... two of my family members fell sick due to the food... so u can understand what kind of food was that.

Room was also manageable, no soap/handwash, no towels, but we need to quickly get fresh in 15 min..

darshan went well by the grace of Balaji.

we Were 9 people and out of which 1 was 10 years. SO as per the rule, darshan tickets are not applicable.Darshan is Free for them.
During tickets booking they had said that now we need to pay full but after the darshan we will refund darshan ticket(300) rs for the KID of 10 years age.

Now once returning back to bangalore when i asked for refund, they are saying that they will not refund any money.
I told them as per the rule u should refund else i will give a complain to police, they said, who is police? what will they do ? i will not refund, do what ever u want to do...

Even after doing a mistake they dont bother to accept it rather they not even afraid to Police..
So how to stop these kind of Travels now ?
Am writing this review based on what happened with me... Now others seeing this review can decide if you want to book any package via Greenline Travels.
