I had booked a plot on 18th April 2021 as we planned to buy a plot near kelambakkam, market road. Arun Stephen from Green Wealth estates, chromepet is the person who had shown us the land, claimed it is approved and he told that if a person book a plot on that day, there is launching offer such as borewell, eb etc are made free. My parents decided to book the plot. So we had paid Rs 2001 to him. He had provided receipt and informed us as it is 200% refundable. Later to negotiate with the land price, he asked me to meet his brother named Raja at chromepet office. Told him that I will do the negotiation over phone as I have to take my old age parents and having busy schedule but he compelled me to speak directly with his brother so I took my old aged parents. After going there we noticed size of the land Plot #2 was changed completely. When I asked them, told us that they received the approval after our booking. We told them not interested in Plot #2 as size of the plot changed and not as per Vaastu. So we are ready to take up Plot #1. Raja also accepted. He quoted an initial amount of Rs 2, 00, 000 but we told clearly all the remaining payments would be done only after registration. Already we booked it with Rs 2001 as initial amount. Later they sent person named Pandi to handover the legal document to us. Before presenting to attorney, measured the plot #1 with my parents along with Arun Stephen. On the same day, Arun Stephen compelled us to take another land in addition to Plot #1 at another site. Next day, we come to know from Arun Stephen over the call that Plot #1 was not available and he compelled me to take Plot#2. My parents and myself not interested with Plot #2 and decided to get back the initial amount. Oct 16th sent message to Arun Stephen to return back the amount and get back the document as he stopped attending any of my calls. As he was not attending the calls, I had spoken to Pandi, Mahalakshmi and Raja. Both of them had spoken in a rough and rude manner. Informed me over the call that they would return back the amount but they will never do so. Over the call, Raja asked me to file a case against him as he claimed himself as a lawyer. Still money was not refunded.

By looking all the customer reviews, I got astonished. They speak in a way so the normal people fall into their prey. We have to be really careful before making payments to such fraudulent attacks.
