[Resolved]  Green Wealth Estates — not refunding my money

We
have received the call from Green wealth estates, they told about visited nallapakkam, Amman Nagar phase II, and
said about installation scheme for individual house. then we are visited to nallapakkam, Amman Nagar phase II site
on Feb09 2014. They show two type of land 1. Panchayat apporoval land (this
is only installment scheme) 2. DTPC apporoval land At
that time they asked rs.1000.00 advance
for document verification. But i refused to paid,
but they said if loan not sanctioned or any other problem we will refund your
advance amount rs.1000.00 this assurance told by Miss. Vadivukarasai in front of her Manager. After that we paid advance amount rs.1000.00. after two days Green wealth estates (two male) excuitives came to my home and give the panchayat approval document. that time i discussed with
him panchayat and DTPC approval land difference then we decide
to buy DTPC land. for that (DTPC
Land) they collect all related document from us. then few weeks after unable to provide loan. (this process unable to provide loan status we wait
for march last april 2nd only they called and told the status) but we
interest to get that plot so again i asked for any
PT arrangement... so again she asked all bank document still march end and
qualification certificate... our site person will come and collect it all. so i also arranged
again all documents but they will not come and collect... i called and messaged her again and again she told
only wait we will collect... i wait whole april month but they not responsed and not followed our process.. i asked i[censored] cant arrange anything means please
tell and give advance to me.. but Miss. Vadivukarasi told " no not like that and told below
reasons when i called 1. our executive busy 2. loan processor buy 3. today leave 4. we went to outing after that my trust decreased
with them.. so i asked my
advance from May onwards. she asked give some
days i also agreed with one condition.. i.e. i[censored] not processed march 13th u will refund my
advance. so that she will accept but not keep his word.. so i asked money
15th april but she told every month 10th only we settled. so wait from 10th june 2014. i also wait from june 20th. but no use they
will not refund my money. there after she was
not picked my call. so i searched anymore number then only i saw number in advance slip. i conduct that number and nelson person attend my
call and told all details. then he provide
Admin anitha number... i called her and
told all matter, she accept our executives only not followed u. so sorry now u want any land means come and see. i told to madam we dont want anything please refund my money. but she told rs.1000 not refund
to anyone. pick up drop your money balance so we will not
refund... i also agreed all are balanced then why u all are
give promise to refund my 1000rs money if we not buy.. thats only i paid. now they all are cheating me... what i do for get my money.. cro num ([protected])
