[Resolved]  Greendust.com — Dysfunctional product - No response from service centre

Greendust.com has pathetic service levels. I had ordered a DVD player which was received promptly but the remote control does not function. I lodged a complaint but never heard back from the service centre despite multiple reminders. Moreover, there is no call centre support. This is a scam.
