Date of the Incident: 25-Feb-2023,
Client Name : Greenline Travels, Bangalore.
Description : I have booked tickets(2) from Bangalore to Nellore on 25-Feb-2023 (Saturday) with Greenline Travels at 10:30 p.m Departure time,
I reached early .Told the bus staff that my mother will come in another 5 to 10min (Before the departure time)and boarded the bus, But the bus started 5min before the departue time,
I asked the busdriver to stop but kept on going, i got off the bus for my mother, But lugguage was in bus only,
Again i told the driver that my mother is coming and my baggage also in the bus to stop, Driver ignored the passenger and the bus left as per the instruction of the staff there.
But the bus started at 10:25pm and left with my luggage..
Just then my mother came, My mother has already had an eye operation and her age is around 60years,
when i asked the Greenline Staff there, they said that the bus has left and get on at the next stop,
not only did they answer very rudely but also without the commonsense that there were ladies, The drivers and supporting staff on the greenline travels came and beat us by provoking us,
One of the 7 members beat me and my brother because we questioned them, So if they ask that they can go when they want, Everyone (Greenline travels Staff) came in a group and beat us . There we see a horror atmosphere.No matter what my mother said, they kept beating us,
They chased us on the road without even letting us to wear the sandals that we begged them to wear,
They physically assaulted me and injured me, even now also we are suffering with pains as well, We still can't forget the horrible atmosphere that happend that day,
If common people like us ask, they beat us and force us to close our doors.
1) Is it wrong to ask that they are going here before the time given by them?
2) For asking, Is it correct for them to beat me and my brother so that my mother has undergone the an operation and she is around 60years adult?
3)Because of their beating, my ribs and head are swollen and i feel a lot of pain, Who is responsible for that?
4) Me and my brother lost my mobile Airpods (Apple n Onplus) Which cost is Rs.37, 000/- who will bare that?
5)I booked the tickets through abhibus and complained regarding this issue on same day, I was shocked by Abhibus reply that uf he complains to them we ensure that this doesnt happen next time, Again they said we will reply in 24hrs, so far there is no reply, Is abhibus not even a bit concerned that customers are suffering?
Request for the Justice for the above queries.
Even i am regular passenger with same travells.
I dont know if justice will be done to me but i don't want it to happen to others who are travelling in Greenline Travels.
