[Resolved]  Greenline Travels — POOR TOUR OPERATOR

FOR MR SACHIN ___-OWNER OF GREENLINE TRAVELS---DO U REALLY CARE FOR UR PASSENGERS?!!!

I am Wing Commander Kundu and i travelled with my Family on 31 Mar 2011 seat no A2, 1 and 2 for Tirupati darshan. I was shocked at how the tour was conducted. The room at hotel Padmavati was awful stinking of cigarette butts in the bathroom, torn bed sheets and pillow cover, unclean room with used nappy pads, no water in wash basin, no mirror either and without curtains for windows. I have the photographs if anyone wants to disagree. I felt it was a mistake to bring my family along for this visit. the guide- one Mr Suresh was rude till my wife shut him up. then he made us keep our foot wear in the volvo bus at tirupati and went to tirumala bare footed. we were in the Rs 300 queue at 0530 hrs but the gate opened only at 0830 hrs. so it was 1030 hrs when we could complete the darsan. took another 30 min to collect the laddoo prasad. From then till 1300 we were waiting for the APSRTC bus to take us back to Tirupati. I felt like asking Suresh to remove his footwear and walk barefooted on the hot road!! Lunch at the same hotel was like a slum, for three other buses had passengers having lunch together at the same time- no place to even stand. the ac of the bus was hardly working and the driver gave some excuse of compressor problem. We came back to Mysore and put up a complaint with Mr Ravi of Siddhartha layout and he tried to tell us that he would inform the owner, which I wonder if he would care to hear. May his tribe increase.

Really I had bad journey
Dear greenline travels team

I am balraj from Pondicherry I had issues with green line travels yesterday night I am waiting in shanthi nagar bus stand reliance market outside to catch bus at 11:20pm but bus without picking me they left and that they call me 1140:pm just come to madalwa .how respond

I ask them they saying we forget to pickup how useless people that means we will not customer
I hate bad time with the ç travels your not supporting customer
