Groupon India — No response for Defective product return request | |||
Groupon code (0010160UWB) I received a defective product. Requested for returning the same. Subsequently received a mail on 12.12.2014, stated that the courier (Bluedart) who made delivery will get it back. After that I have to contact the Groupon with the AWB number given by the bluedart. But the bluedart personnel hasn't collect it from me since they were not receive any authorisation from the Groupon. I sent several mail to the Groupon, but all my queries were closed without a solution. There is no other contact number available to reach the Groupon. The only way I can get touch with them is through email. But absolutely no response. How can I get the payment made? Was this information helpful? | |||
