Gruha Kalyan — Cheque clearance, issue no funds on the cheque date. They want us to collect money directly.

I have registered site at Manyatha Location on July 2016 and after going through the forums I realized they are not trust worthy. Able to see many comments from many people.
I went for cancellation next day and it took four months for cheque date. When I called them on check clearance date I came to know there is no sufficient funds.
They are not answering properly and they are saying to come to the location and collect money.
Will they give money back and why they have given cheque first of all?

What can I do to get my money back, will they create drama or anything else if I go there office to get money and by cancelling the cheque?

Please help me and I'm depending on you people on the suggestions.
