Gruha Kalyan — Complain for not refunding money

Paid Rs. 1.25 lacs. and applied for refund but till date not recd. Its going to be one year. Cheque given also bounced. I paid 1.25 lacs booking fees for Iris project which is barren land and construction never started. We are following from May month. Whenever I visit for refund everytime new person will come and make excuse. In May month they said management has given instruction to stop refund till October and asked me to come second week of October. Finally they gave post dated cheque which got bounced. Now office is closed past 20 days.
