Gruha Kalyan — Fraud Cheating

I had same experience with Gruha Kalyan. They have outsourcing team who delete all these complaints and queries in Internet to make it more realistic. They also have good hold with police that even customer end up in trouble. so BBBBBEEEEEEEWWWWWWAAAAAARRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEE

They are frauds... Land is not yet transferred to their name and many a places the Board/Hoarding of the other owner is put up stating the land is under dispute. Need to be v cautious about such projects and ask for khata certificate and BBMP approval for the project.

I had some experience with Gruha Kalyan, they are providing the flats with less price and saying this is a pre-launch offer. And they are showing some agreements and and some approvals. I went to their office with my advocate. They are ready to give all the information to advocate. He said ok, we can buy no need to afraid, then I bought 3BHK flat. So everyone should need to verify the documents and investigate about the company, then we will come to know whetaher it is believable or not. I am suggesting Gruha Kalyan to my friends and relatives.

kindly beware of investing in GK as we are not able to get back our hard core money even after cancellation of flats after 2 months..think thousand of time before investing here..they only make fool as we are completely frustrated from last 5 month and cursing our self why we invested our hard core money here ..we got a lesson that never trust on new company like GK who offered flats in very less price butter to invest in reputed builder projects so can be safer side..again my advise to the people who looking to invest here please think thousand time.

In google lots of Bad reviews going about him use this one main proof and join together we take this issue to MEDIA its useful to all and upcoming friends and helpful to us na. Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I went to see the prelaunch offer of GruhaKalyan. I dont know this company is fake or not. but they were forcing to deposit 10k cash or card payment and 90k as cheque. but i didn't give yesterday. Today I have seen a lot of negative reviews so i decided to cancel my booking.Thank god to save me from these frauds.

Gruhakalyan is a big fraud company in bangalore.plz dont pay single rupee also. They are having gundas.they are having political background thats why they are cheating so many people

Their office also closed from last three days

It has come to our notice that, its not registers CREDAI company. no one knows owners name... you cant see key person photo and names...

they have around 10 fake projects in Bangalore...they have collated money on and avarage 300000/booking.

around 900 applicants booked, even though capacity o[censored]nits are 600 nos

900 X 300000 = 27, 00, 00, 000/- rupees.

many compliants already raised in many police station across bangalore...

it will be big scam, earlier they cheated people in the name of dreamz GK...dont book flat until you see they got BBMP approval...they even produce fake one better get it checked from BBMP.they often change thier CRMS

They are landing on 27Cr worth scam. it has come to our notice that IT raid has been taken place recently after demonetization.
They have collected money from 1332 people from manytha project alone, where in number o[censored]nits are less then this.

Take help of consumer court, Police FIR case and use of recent Real Estate Bill.
Dear sir...They have collected money from 122 people for booking flat in lotus.. even though units are around 60 no`s. as per one of their CRM. they sent out all previous CRMs.
Deleted all previous emails in their servers...
Now they want people to runway...their website and email service is closed...if you go to thier office they see that you will get irritated and forget money...they even threaten.
i can bet you, you will not get money unless you file FIR in police station...

You may go ahead, Next scene will be like this.
1] Once you visit police station, police will suggest you to get solve issues offline with mutual understatnding between you and gruahkalayan.
2] Gruhakalyana wiil assure you it will pay cheque within week or two.
3] Actual drama start again, they say thier CEO is not in station, give all original document, come today and tomarrow like taht days will move around, but you will not get money.
4] Be care full while visiting their office, dont go alone, go with your team. otherwise they will hit you or give threat, if possible go with hidden cameras.
5] ultimately you end up with filing FIR.
6] They will give cheque it may bounce, but dont take back case until you get money.
7] Their email service are not working and chat mail are not working.
8] They are in a position to run away ...
9] you may see several complaint on web blogs with proofs

Now they are in process of selling their lands and run away as soon as possible...
