Erecting Cellular Mobile Tower on the Terrace Hno[protected] SRT) Prakasham Nagar Begumpet Tower Lease Agreement between my grandfather by name Cella Nandigiri (Late) & Aircel Limited (Dated - 26/12/2018). Dated vide - Andhra Pradesh / APHYD238/252 (Site id - APR/RTP/K/15458) & monthly rental for rupees 10, 000 per month & 10% Hike for every 3 years. Aircel entered into a business transfer agreement to CNIL at[protected] CNIL( Chennai Network Infrastructure Limited) (GTL - Global group enterprises) from that date to till date CNIL & GTL taking care and dealing with the Tower house owners. Dated - 14th Nov 2017 sent us a Registered post saying that the monthly rental payment will be given half of the payment for every month (i.e. 12100 to 6050 ) from that date the owners of the House had requested to remove the Tower or else should pay the full amount in Monthly basis (i.e. 12100/-) on during course my grandfather expired at 8/12/2009 and leaving a will as legal heirs on 3 sons by name ( C. Kailash, C. Prakash, C. Ramesh) and one daughter by name (P. Uma) during this course again the GTL Has brought one proposal to us saying that to add JIO Tower on the same same tower to get more money (i.e. 18, 000 per month) but they failed to pay the amount and paid only 12, 000 per month and sometimes lesser than this amount. GTL has to pay the tower owners with rental approx. amount of rupees 1, 50, 000 and they are not paying Tower rental amount regularly to us since last 3 year back. We requested GTL to remove the Tower with all the Equipment from our House Terrace and also said that to clear all the Dues and also rental for this 2 years. And GTL Employees by name (G. Anesh kumar (Manager), [protected]@gtlinfra.com, +91-[protected]) & (M. Eshwarvelen, (COH), [protected]@gtlinfra.com, +91-[protected]) came to our tower site & Promised for the repayment of the dues and rent for past 3 years to till date and requested us to give important equipment from the Tower. We had accepted their false promises and they had taken the important equipment and left other related items on the House Terrace till today. Due to the heavy load of Tower & Generator our House building also got damaged and it's the responsibility of GTL Team to not maintain the Tower area properly. Since 3 years we have visited so many times to GTL Secunderabad office and called the GTL Team so many times but no positive response and even avoided our phone calls.

> It is my Humble request to needful help to get our Balance due payments and 3 years rental amount and repair of House terrace and other damages caused due to heavy load.
