I have entered into an agreement with the GTL infrastructure limited and given my plot on a rental basis to the company at Plot No- 106, AT-Kolathia, Post-Aiginia, district -Khorda, Odisha-751019.It is to state that i haven't received my rental amount since last 2 years.
It is to hereby notify that i have given my plot to your's mobile tower company on a monthly rental basis but not getting rent since last 2 years and unable to contact the phone no given on the the GTL Infrastucture ltd.site for communication that.I have done a mail on this regard earlier to the company as email address available on website of the company but there's wasn't any response from the companies end.
As I'm still not receiving my rental amount therefore, It is to notify the company to pay my due rental amount of last 2 years as soon as possible and if the company is not in a position to pay the rental amount then I sincerely urged the company to remove it's mobile tower from my plot which now being illegally installed at my property without paying me the agreed sum of rental amount.In the terms of the failure of this i won't be having any option left now apart from adopting legal procedures to acquire my due rental amount and the
