Gujarat Council Of Science City — Refund against failed transaction not processed

Made Payment online App through Paytm for Tickets of Science City, Ahmadabad on 16th July 2021. Did not receive the Ticket but amount got deducted from the account. Made several complaints to the concerned persons. but did not receive the amount back in the Bank Account.

We have called Mr.Kirti Patel (Mobile Number +91-[protected]), Assistant Manager and Mr.Himanshu Patel / Mr. Dilip (Moible : +91-[protected]) from your management team and informed them about the refund situation.

They have given us the multiple commitments for refund amount to be credited in our Bank Account as per the trailing mail. We have till today not received the refund even after 38 days.
If we don;t get the refund even after 38 days we shall be compelled to file a formal complaint against all parties involved.

On 12 sep 2021 I have standed in line for 55 min at science city and when I got my number he asked me to give only card or gpay then i give my sbi card for ticket, he said it is not working, so I give another card of axis bank and he gave me the 5 ticket rs 50 each .but rs 250 has been debited from my both cards

so I want refund of my rs 250
