Dear Sir,

• My name is Nikhlesh Ramanuj, Date 19/10/2022 I have booked Mehsana to Adipur Online Booking in Vadnagar to Mata na Madh route bus which departs from Mehsana during 06:30 PM, During that time the bus does not stop anywhere for breakfast or refreshment. The bus halts at Hotel Navarang near Gangodar at approximately 11:30 for dinner.

•So I would like to inform you that there is no meal / Dinner time at 11:30 pm. Due to your tender, the passenger has to be disturbed a lot, so I request you to find a place to eat around 9:00 pm. Keep that halt.

•More I have to say that this hotel Navarang is a very bad hotel there is nothing good like tea, coffee, and breakfast made in every oil Item, and wafers packets are also ongoing company if you ask for a Balaji Wafers packet, you don't get it, they say we give (All Item) it as per tender, and no food is covered, it is kept open all day, and the bathroom is so bad that you don't even use it, I don't see an iota of “Swachh Bharat’ in it.

•And if you don't believe me, you can make a surprise visit and change the bus stop as soon as possible and give a halt at a better place.

•I request you as an Indian citizen to give this request copy (Agreement Copy) of hotel Navrang agreement along with rules and regulation (by mail).
