Gujarat Technological University — Convocation fee, payment was showing failed but amount deducted for 2 times and after 10 days didn't received the amount back.

Hello I'm a gtu student my enrolment number is[protected] i applied for convocation fees where as for first two times it showed payment failed but amount deducted from my account for both time and on 3rd try it showed payment successful and convocation fee is 500rs so my complaint is after even 10 days i haven't received the amount of 1000 rs back which was deducted and still it was showing payment failed. please do the needful to the earliest
