Gujarat Technological University — Failed status despite of amount debited - for transcript request

Even though fees have been successfully debited from my account. Status is showing failed. I am in need to transcript and such blunder give me fear of not doing same process again..Please resolve GTU.
Also no clear guideline on where to contact in such scenario.. No one is answering calls
