H. P. M. C — litchi luice being sold without mrp printed on guwahati airport

Dear sir/ma'am, at guwahati airport i was surprised to see that there was no mrp and small bottle of litchi juice was being sold for sixty rupees.
When it was asked from the sales person her reply was that it's sold like this only. I was aghast to know that it's been happening openly and no one thought of complaining against it.
Can you please clarify if it is correct.. If not than action against defaulters to be taken and informed. Thanks.
