Dear Sir,
I had purchased bata make puppy hus shoe on 19.10.2016 from Bata showroom in Sonipat. After wearing shoe for about one month the shoes sole at heel caved in and subsequently I approached the showroom and requested to get it replaced but showroom manager reluctantly listened my request and told me that he would file complaint with company to get my shoe replaced but I regret to inform you that till date my has not been replaced.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my shoes replaced at the earliest since shoe replacement warranty is only for six months which is fast approaching to expire.
Payment slip of the transaction is enclosed herewith in "Add Photo" tag.
