Dear Sir,
I had purchased bata make puppy hus shoe on 19.10.2016 from Bata showroom in Sonipat. After wearing shoe for about one month the shoes sole at heel caved in and subsequently I approached the showroom and requested to get it replaced but showroom manager reluctantly listened my request and told me that he would file complaint with company to get my shoe replaced but I regret to inform you that till date my has not...

Dear Sir,
I have been receiving calls from mobile no.[protected] in possession of Ms. Gauri Chaudhary, for the last one month. When I picked up call, a she speaks up and ask me why I am not talking to her. I have requested her that you are dialing wrong no...but still she makes frequent call on my mobile no.
I request to please block all call from this no to my no...and also if possible please take action against...
