h1 base india — H1B VISA FRAUD

This is shiva from Chennai. i came to know the person named Karthikeayn (
CEO for H1 Base India, Hyderabad, Madhapur ) through linked in. He
advertised in Linked in by saying that H1B can be arranged with this
Email id ( [protected]@gmail.com ) i contacted him through the email and
he asked me to send all my mark sheets, experience certificate, form
16, past 6 months pay slips, passport copy etc and DD cost of 325$ on
the name o[censored]SCIS. I too sent all the required documents with 325$ DD to
his office address with his Agreement.

{ The agreement is he will be sending the 325$ to USCIS. Once after the
background verification done will arrange interview calls with clients.
Once the candidate clears the interview, client will file the Visa. If
clients are not ready to sponsor in this case, H1 Base India will afford
the Visa cost. Once i reach USA should pay him 2 months salary into
four installments }

Days passed, he didn't arrange any interviews. One fine day i got call
from one number. It's a Internet call. The person said we are calling
from Delaware on Behalf of H1 Base and it's regarding the interview. He
didn't ask any questions based on my profile and was talking generally.
More over the person's English was dam Worst.

Then next day karthikeyan said i got cleared the interview and clients
are going to file Visa for me. i asked for which company i got selected?
Karthikeyan said its for HP. But the interviewed person didn't mention
HP and he said calling from Delaware. He sent the agreement copy and
asked me to put sign on that and send back.

Months was passing. Suddenly one find day he said my application got
picked in Lottery. i was very happy after hearing it. i asked my LCA
number. He never shared me that. After long struggle one day he sent LCA
number and said its mine. i checked in online but it was someone's LCA
number ie also from Infosys. But he told me that i got selected for HP.
He provided me fake LCA.

Whenever i ask about it he was keep on saying some stories and most of
the times he never lift the calls. Days passed. He didn't share Receipt
number also. i started behaving with him harsh. To calm me, he showed
few documents named ( Ds160, Interview appointment letter ) But all
those are Xerox and it's fake.

Till now he didn't share receipt number and showed any kind of original
documents..

Out batch people have started the process in the year 2013-Nov. Untill
till this date he didn't showed anything and not responding to any. When
ever we ask the reasons will be saying some stories.

Guys don't trust this guy at all. He is a fraud and running the business
illegally.

Already before 2 years he got arrested by police for the cheating the
students for H1B. If you type sruchit kumar guptha in google can read
about his arrest article.

To all, this person karthkeyan is a fraud and please don't pay even a
rupee. He is a cheater.

We have decided to file a petition on him at Madhapur police station.
Already cases are there on his name.

Please be aware. His real name is sruchit kumar guptha but after the
arrest case he changed his name as Karthikeyan and running the business.

What is the status of my visainterview?

Could you explain me why should i pay the visa fee? It is not mentioned anywhere in the agreement copy that candidate have to afford visa cost. It is clearly mentioned as client will afford the cost once the application got picked in lottery.

Yeah company people should pay your visa fee,

But it's taking time to get funds from them, and once after we pay we are going to get reimbursed from company anyways.

5) they conduct fake job interviews

6) they give fake LCA and receipt numbers

7) they scam people and steal their money
