H1base India — Failing to return my amount.

Dear Team, I want to complaint against the fraud organisation H1base india (Pinnacle Group of Group Companies) based out of Hyderabad . I contacted them in September 2014 to process for my US H1B Visa to officially work in the United States and they provided list of documents which are required for US Visa Processing. I have forwarded all required documents which they have verified and were enough to process for H1B Visa. Then they asked me to pay VISA processing fee of INR Rupees 15000 Plus Service Tax which i have credited through into their bank account and they said interviews with their Clients in US will happen in month of Nov 2014. Then suddenly in month of November 2014 i got an email that the interviews will only happen once i pay the US Fraudulent and Background Verification fee o[censored]S 500 Dollars in DD in the name o[censored]SCIS, For which i generated DD of Rupees 32000 favoring USCIS in 8th Jan 2015 and have sent the DD to their address in Hyderabad. They acknowledged the DD and they said verification will take around 15 to 20 working days and then interview will happen. I contacted them in February 2015 and they said Verification has been carried out successfully without any issues and now interviews will happen soon. After that Interviews has never happened with their US clients. I contacted them daily and they did not pickup my calls and did not respond to emails. In March 2015 last week their HR Kavitha called and said they have some internal issues with their US Clients and hence they will not able to conduct any Interviews for any Candidates this Year and they will refund my entire amount (Rs 48854 which includes Visa Processing Fee Plus 500 US Dollars Fee) by 1st April 2015. Since 1st April 2015 i am contacting them through email and phone and they are not responding to any of them either. They have stopped incoming facility for their office phones and also not responding to emails. I have also sent through courier through India Post if they failed to return my amount i will file an FIR against them in Hyderabad Police Station for this fraud committed by them.
