Purchased a brand new Hafele hob via reliance digital . It just has brand name but worst service and waste customer care . Hob is defected from the first day of installation . We raised complaints multiple times but all in vain . They said the very next day of installation, larger burner had pin issue .How can a new product have pin issue on the first day itself . Hafele customer care manager assured us to get the hob replaced if we face any issue .In few days, we started observing the flame spreads out of the same burner causing a threat to the person operating the hob, moreover the burner goes unfunctional most of the time . Service engineer visits and says this is common on Hafele .Is this acceptable .In Spite of knowing the issue they are not bothered to get it fixed/replaced/refund .Disgusting Brand and staff .Write in letter and give there is no threat to persons life who is operating that burner and if the flame spreads out and catches the persons clothes or hand .
