Haier Appliances (India) Pvt Ltd. — Replacement of LED TV against Complaint No. DL[protected] dt. 09.02.2015

I had registered my Complaint No. DL[protected] dt. 09.02.2015 regarding replacement of my LED TV. In this connection, it is to inform their service engineer Mr. Rajinder visited yo my home and made his report for replacement with other formalities and charged visiting fee of Rs. 562/- vide receipt No. 1797 dt. 10.02.2015 and give me to assurance that after 10-15 days your TV will be replaced. But after month of February there is no reply form their end, then i again call to their customer care and asked about the status of my complaint, they replied me that my complaint was forwarded to service manager Mr.. Saheem Beg and give me his mobile number. On the nex day I called him and asked about status of complaint, he give the call to his colleague Mr. Pankaj, he checked and told me that replacement of TV has already been approved, but nobudy has informed me. After that he told me that 1 or 2 days later Ms. Monisha will call me for other information towards payment of difference amount come after their calculation with old one and replaced one by Demand Draft. But no call received till & March 2015. Then I called again to customer care, they replied me that my complaint was closed due to replacement was approved by service centre and now all the communication and information provide by them. Then after i waiting for their call but after long time i called again to Mr. Saheem Beg on 16 March at 5:25 pm. He spoke and told me that call me back after 5 minute, but he also not call me back. Next day I called again him at evening then he told me some difference amount issue have there and promise me within 10 minute he was calling someone from concerned office. After 10-15 minute a call received from Mr. Monisha, she told me that i have to pay, difference amount or Rs. 750/- through DD. In this regard, i requested to her a massage may kindly send me. She told me that alright I will massaged you. On next day text message received from their Service Engineer Mr. Rajinder i.e. "Haier Appliances (India) Pvt. Ltd." and there is no other information, then after I requested to their web portal and got the number of Mr. Shiv Shanker Panday, Branch Manager and I explained him my entire case. But he give me another number of Mr. Vipin, Area Manager for look after my case and sorting accordingly. On 21 March 2015 a text massage received from their Service Engineer Mr. Rajinder that they required the photocopies of Original Bill and warranty Card as some contradictory language occur in the Warranty Card and same i was handed over to Mr. Rajinder on 24.03.2013 for further necessary action at their end.
