Dear Sir/Madam We from Hotel MARIAN (p) LTD bought 21numbers HAIER LCD TVs 1, purchased in success electronics Batch Numbers 60638 60625 60193 2, In BHARATH ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES 20 TV’s Invoice number: I/1213/cbe/63 Date of purchase: 2/4/2012 Not even a year completed your company television created so many problems and created unwanted tension to us and also causes a great loss for the Hotel since we blocked the rooms because of the television services. Already we’ve contacted your local service guy many times but there is no proper response. Today his Number ([protected]) was switched off from the morning We too repaired some of the Haier TV’s and paid for the service too. Refer the Bill Number: 326 Bill Value: 6600 Date (details): 27/5/2014 Now also some of the TVs are not working. We tried a lot to get in touch with local service person and he is not even coming and checking. This clearly shows your company strength and ability. We are so disturbed and feel so sad about our purchase of a useless LCD TV with no proper service and no proper customer relation. Kindly make arrangements for proper service or proper replacement. If you are not replied for this mail and we will take severe against you through consumer court for further action.
