I was experiencing issue with my TV since January 2020 and the complaint was also registered.It is a 65 inch Haier LED TV.The service center has been troubling me from March 2020.The TV was hardly taken 2 years back and there are black spots on tv.The service center is taking tv for 2-4 weeks and after delivering there is a same issue again.They have been continuously telling me that the issue has been solved however after 10 days the same problem comes again.I have also paid them the service fee of Rs 1000 and also Rs 3000 as parts were replaced.When the first replacement was done, they said that the issue was sorted.However when the issue happen again, they said that they fitted the local products and now waiting for the orignal products.They has been continuously doing like this.They had again taken the tv for more than 4 weeks and gave it yesterday on 2nd January 2020.They were delaying this as well however I told them that I need the tv as it has been months now.Don’t know what they were doing with the tv at the service center.Kindly look into it as I am sure that this time also the work is not done properly and the same issue will come again.The customer service are also not at all helpful.They just take the complaint and from the service center it is automatically closed without even notifying me.Thank you.
