After several follow up today engineer came and informed that he need to change PCB, Motor and one two more items and minimum expense is INR10000/- and they do not guarantee for any thing.
I purchased it in 19th June 2020 and it was installed in a week time. I would like to update it just one year and few days AC is non functional and we understand that for few things we need to pay but the way service person acting. It sense something wrong and forced us to write you people as in just one year time we are facing such service issue and support is not a good experience.
It is hard to understand such a big Brand and quality of support to end user is not matching.
Local technician only sound money for replacement of new parts and than only it may function.
It is like we are not dealing with support team but a sales person who is trying to do sales of his products to earn incentives or commission.
Please look into matter.
