We requested Haier customer care to get our AC checked for cooling issues. The engineer came, filled the gas, and took the charges but the same day cooling was again gone.
We raised a complaint the next day and their engineer came after 3 days and told us that he did not bring the gas so that he would come back again. But no one came back.
We raised a complaint again and 2 guys from Haier, and told us that your AC coil is leaking. He was surprised that why the previous engineer filled the Gas. He told us, that he might have seen that Gas is leaking during the gas filling process. Then he told us that our AC coil is leaking and needed to be replaced. We confirmed him to replace it. As per him, it would take 3-4 days to get a new coil. We called again after 5 days and came to know that our coil order was not placed. We called Himanshu Chauhan and asked about the Coil. He said, the order has been placed and he will confirm the status.
Immediately after 5 minutes, we got a call from the service center (Ekta Enterprises) to pay 5000/- cash for Coil. He said he will send someone to collect the money. Then we called the customer care of Haier and they said, payment will be collected after Coil replacement. Now every day we raise complaints and it gets rejected by EKTA people as they want money before service.
Harish does not confirm on our pending request. He simply pass-on the ball to the Ekta guys. Need intervention of a senior person from Haier and get the issue resolved. We never faced such problems from any other company. We never refused to pay for the Coil, even Gas charges were paid. Was this information helpful? |
