The issue that I have experienced was:
My Refrigerator model HRD-1954CRO-E stopped cooling & no any ice formation in freezer cabinet.
I have taken an appointment of engineer by contacting with Haier customer care toll free number on below mentioned dates-
First call - 30/04/2022
Second call - 18/04/2022
Third call - 18/05/2022
Technical person came and charged me Rs.1850 /- for gas refilling.
Still problem not solved.
I again taken appointment.
Again same technical person who won't have any technical knowledge came about 6 times for repairing but problem not resolved till date.
Customer care representative not responding properly.
All seniors also talking rudely.
It occurred on: 30/05/2022
If there is any qualified personnel who can repair my refrigerator perfectly in warranty then I will be thankful for so. I will not pay any more charge for same because I already paid such useless charges previously.
If company stilld oes not contact me I will go in consumer court within upcoming few weeks.
Their I would like to say please replace such a bad product manufactured by Haier Appliances (INDIA) pvt. Ltd. and refund my money and claim for all types economic loss that I have paid for servicing as well as purchase of product.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
