I bought a double door Haier fridge thinking to be a good and quality brand, 2 yrs back and to my surprise on last Saturday I.e 21.05.2022, the upper door(fridge section) suddenly fell done and hurt my sister in law who was working at the kitchen.
When I called the call centre on Sunday, I was told that the technician will connect in 2-3 hours for a solution which didnot happen the entire day even after my regular follow ups. Finally I have been charged 8000+ amount for the door replacement which happened yesterday. My complaint is if Haier is making such inferior quality product, what action should be taken. Also, Haier should be compensating me instead have charged me 8000+ that too without any satisfaction. Awaiting for a action from Haier pertaining to my above query.
