Haier India Deep Freezer — Haier Refrigerator

This is the third complaint:
I have purchased Haier Refrigerator, from local retailer Vijay Sales, Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Within a warranty period, there is a cooling issue with the refrigerator. Based on the service engineer's recommendation, they did twice a gas recharge. After the second recharge, ice accumulates in the freezer section and on the copper pipe near the compressor. A Haier Service, personnel is denying the replacement of the refrigerator unit and suggesting a service again. The problem is recurring. That is the same cooling issue arises. With a new refrigerator, I am very much disappointed., and perceive the bad reputation of Haier Products. I demand the replacement with new refrigerator
