We bought a refregerator in Mar-2022, which was stop working after some time and once we complaint about that they sent the team who replaced the comprassior and it started working that time. but not it is creating problem again and again and Heier is sending untrained technician to handle who is not eable to do at all. at the time of visit it start working but after some time its stop automatacally. regarding this issue I requested Heier to fix it permanently but they are not attanding my call and denied to fix by mentioning that the product is working fine. I would like to request you to please intervenue so that the faulty product can be replaced.
