Painfully I am submitting my complaint as under -
I have purchased 1.5 T Split AC of Haier make in 05.03.2022. Now on 21.06.2023 I have registered a Service request AH[protected] for non-cooling of my AC. I am currently residing in Ahmedabad. After registration of SR, your technician named Luvkush from M/s. Premium Service, Ahmedabad your authorised service partnet visited my house on 22.06.2023 for attending service. After an hour of inspection he stated that there is some problem in PCB of outdoor unit and this will need to be replaced. He said that this is not covered under warranty. But when I took him in conference call with my dealer Kumar Electronics, Guna, he agrees that the part is covered under warranty. Then without giving me any information he opened all the wiring and took away the PCB of the outdoor unit without giving me any receipt. When I asked him and the owner of M/s. Premium service, Mr Yadav, they said that the same will be replaced tomorrow dated 23.06.2023.
On 23.06.2023, I received a call from Mr. Lavkush of M/s. Premium Service that PCB will not be covered under warranty and start asking me Rs. 12000. He poured all the blame on me, whereas he is responsible for PCB damage. When I said that I will complain he started mis-bhaving and said that nothing will happen even after the complaint. He also used foul language and threatened me. I didn't expect this type of poor customer care from a company like Haier.
After this incident I am repenting my decision for choosing Haier over other reputed brands. The complaint is not closed yet. Now on dated 07.07.2023, i received a message from Haier that your request is resolved. Was this information helpful? |
