I would like to escalate the issue as I have struggled a lot with the Service technicians associated with Haier Appliances India.
The incident is related to the malfunctioning of my refrigerator which I have purchased.
The refrigerator is in warranty period.
I have booked for a service request and the request no. is H[protected].
After so many requests, the technician has come and has charged 500 rupees and we were told that the issue is with mother board which has to be replaced and that costs 4000.
We have paid 4000 rupees and later one week, he has changed the mother board but the problem is that there was no cooling and now he told that there is a problem with compressor.
The technician is not responding to the calls (Won't even respond at all). I am much frustrated that hereafter I shouldn't want to purchase Haier products hereafter.
I have called the technician nearly 50 times and he won't respond. He once called and asked us to share the code hence we have shared the code and the next day the issue was marked as resolved.
The issue was again escalated and service request no. VJ[protected].
