Have purchased Split AC. The unit has worked only on the installation date. Next day, AC is not working. We raised the complaint on and the technicians came on next day night and did not find the cause. They leave saying that it is night and assured that they would come on next day morning 10 am. We trusted thenm. But they did not turn up. Again, when we called that technician, he told that again you need to register through customer support. We did it again and the technicians came and found that the compressor is having some manufacturing defect. It has to be replaced and it will take 2 to 4 days since we do not have stock at warehouse.
Really we are frustrating that there is no stock available in Metro city and they are taking too long to process it.
We need to escalate it. SInce it is almost 14 days that we had purchased. But still we are not getting the ac installed in this hot weather Was this information helpful? |
I have already paid the service charge, and if another technician comes and asks for the service cost again, I will be forced to escalate this issue further.
I am extremely frustrated with this situation, and I have never seen such poor service from a company. I am disappointed that despite so many complaints, my issue is still not resolved. It is extremely hot outside, and I expect my AC to function properly.
