I am highly disappointed with the customer services that Haier provides to its customers. To have a little background here, I had purchased a TV from Haier 2 years back. Now that the display is gone, I have been calling the service personnel to come and repair it. All the calls have gone in vain since a month but till now the thing hasn’t been serviced yet.
I have purchased TV from other brands but had never had such issues. This is such a pathetic service from Haier. Also the technicians are too rude and say they will come home in the night for servicing which is highly unacceptable. Was this information helpful? |
