Haier Mobile — Not deliver/repair of my mobile phone for more than one month on submission. | |||
Sir/Madam, I purchase a Haier Mobile Phone (E619) on 17.03.2015, but due to mobile defect the same was dead and not powering on. I submit my this phone for repair my nearest service centre i.e Globe Connexion & Services, Vikas Marg, Delhi with proper receipt i.e workorder number RVSRN1507GCX00031 on 11, July 2015. After many visit but not deliver/repair of my phone. This Centre says my mobile phone send Haier Company for repairing/part changed problem. Haier Mobile centre not response of my many call. I submit my this phone for repair my nearest service centre i.e sai om mobile services gurgaon on 29 july 15.i.e Job no SALHR433SC1505 . After many visit but not deliver/repair of my phone. This Centre says my mobile phone send Haier Company for repairing/part changed problem. Haier Mobile centre not response of my many call. I would, therefore, request that you may kindly take necessary action on the same.
