Booked Airlines ticket through the company named "Happyfares.in" on 14th Oct 2022 from MUMBAI to CHENNAI sector containing PNR 5SQZYE. The travel date was 25th Jan 23. I canceled the ticket on 17th Oct 2022 and issued Refund Credit Note to Third Party Company "Happy Fares" on 17th Mar 2023 itself. And I Received a Mail from "happyfares.in" stating that "Refund Confirmation for my Booking Reference Number - HBB749WD has been processed on 17th Oct 22". However, there have been no updates since then and the amount has not been credited to my Account.
