I Purchased Three, HAVELLS Efficiencia Neo, 1200 Mm BLDC Fans In May 2022. The Product Is Under 2 Year Standard Comprehensive Warranty Offered By Havells India Ltd.
The Fans Are Having Repeated Operational / Functional Problems Pertaining To Its PCB / Control Card.
In April 2023, (Within The First Year Of Warranty), The PCBs Of 2 (Out Of 3) Fans Were Replaced Against Job Id [protected] & [protected].
Against The Above Mentioned Job Ids, Faulty PCBs Of The Fans Were Replaced With Refurbished PCBs / Locally Repaired PCBs By Company's Authorized Representative.
On February 15th, 2024, (In The Second Year Of Warranty) One Of The Repaired Fan Again Developed Same Operational Problem.
Service Request Was Lodged And Job Id [protected] Was Allocated On February 15th.
Company's Authorized Representative Visited Home On 20th Feb And Tried To Replace The PCB With The Another Refurbished PCBs / Locally Repaired PCBs.
The Unprofessional & Unethical Endeavors Of The Company's Authorized Representative Were Not Entertained And Asked To Leave.
The Repeated Faults In The Product Under Comprehensive Warranty And Unethical After Sales Services Rendered By HAVELLS Authorized Representative Is Forcing Me To Initiate All The Possible & Potent Actions To Protect My Interest.
