Dear sir/madam
Kindly note down seriously my this complaint and see my previous registered complaint and service provide by you that is about reo switches.
I purchased all the electrical material for home use like geyser, fan's, wiring, switches, mcb switches etc that are used in home by havelles dealer just a trust of quality of product and service by havells.
But i face more and serious problm in mainly in reo switche's that are going to shocked when we touch them to on or off.
From many days and month i face a problem that i complaint to havelles customer care to registered my complaint to them but the service not provide by you even worst way the engineer visit to home change maximum 2 switches and take code or sign the complaint foam and promise to come on next day to prepare others switches but they didnot come even not pick the phone.
Again when i registered they similarly did this. This time they cross all the limit and didnot take any action of my registered complaint on 26/07/2019 till this time.
Dear sir/madam i will move to other company like anchor or goldmedal to completely solve my problm.
My motive to tell you all this things just to tell that your hired service engineer provide extraordinary service to havelles customers who purchased your high standered material that are i see the qaulity of that on the trust of great name and fame of havelles.
