I had bought the fan in the month of April and after
installation I had seen that the fan was vibrating rigorously, so I had
contacted the customer care for servicing. They sent a person to attend
the complaint. Call no -EE011617.
After attending the person could not give any certain solution as
such he doubted that it might be a blade issue and said that they would
try for blade change within a week, but they took almost 10 days, and
when another guy came with the blades, he told that the blade was of
another fan and that it had to be changed again.
So I would like to ask that after buying a
new fan from market if a customer has to face such numerous harassment
for a simple fan, then is it justified. Do we have ample amount of time
to spare for such hit and trial method of rectification. Why can the
company just replace the faulty fan with a new one. Was this information helpful? |
