My name is karishma thaker i have ordered royal posture energising posture support from hbn telebrands for my back i have order 2 months back and after calling on customer care no.[protected] their executives are so rude and i have ask them for refund so they have sent product immediately next day after requested them many times and when i didn’t want that belt so they asked for refund i was stuck because i have paid by card because they have offered me a gift so after receiving i saw the quality is so so bad and that gift wallet is already broken and that watch which they have gifted is like toy and very bad quality so i called them again for refund but now they are more rude and said we will cut 500rs. Postal charges and u have to send that parcel on regustered address after 15 days we will refund ur amount and all so they have used my money almost 2 months so i requested all please don’t buy products from hbn telle brand and i[censored] have already received and its bad then support me because i am going to file case against them as i have all theire call recordings and all the photos of products.
